WARNING
- A visit through Skully’s Terror Haunted House is NOT recommended for anyone under age 13 due to the high level of scares. By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to abide by the rules posted outside the haunt. Any misconduct will be dealt with accordingly by the Jefferson County Sheriff.
- Be advised that Skully's Terror Haunted House is self-guided and contains intense scares and scenes that some may find disturbing. Skully's Terror Haunted House uses low lighting, heavy fog, strobe lights, loud music/noise, ramps, stairs, and small spaces. It is not recommended that the following people attend this attraction: people with medical disorders, women who are pregnant, people who have epilepsy, people who are easily offended, people who are claustrophobic, coulrophobic, people wearing open toe shoes and any other phobias that we forgot to mention. Enter at your own risk.
- Please note that no alcohol or smoking is allowed while on the premises. No open containers will be allowed in Skully's Terror Haunted House.
- Skully's Terror, LLC may refuse your admission if we see conduct that may lead to possible danger or injury to yourself or other guests.

- By purchasing a ticket you assume all risk and liability for injury. Patron releases owner, staff, volunteer, cast members, employees or others of all liability for any injuries that may be sustained by yourself, your children or any personal while on the premises for any reason! Skully’s Terror, LLC accepts no liability for any injury or loss/damage to your personal property.
- You may be videotaped while on the Skully's Terror Haunted House premises by security cameras. You further consent to the use of your likeness in incidental or primary reproduction for promotional use. Management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Tickets/QR codes (herein referred to as “tickets”) are valid only on the the dates indicated. Tickets are valid only at Skully's Terror Haunted House at the Jefferson County Fair Park (JCFP). There are no rainchecks, replacements or refunds on unused tickets. Tickets may only be used during normal operating hours.
- Violation of house rules will result in expulsion without refund. Clothing must be worn at all times. Smoking is not allowed in restrooms or in any part of Skully's Terror Haunted House. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive or in poor taste is prohibited. Skully's Terror, LLC may refuse your admission if we see conduct that may lead to possible danger or injury to yourself or other persons.
- A handstamp received on-site will be required before being admitted into Skully's Terror Haunted House. The stamp may only be obtained after one of the following: (1) purchase of admission at Skully’s Terror ticket office at JCFP or (2) QR code (purchased online from www.skullysterrorhauntedhouse.com or www.facebook.com/SkullysTerror) has been scanned and accepted at our ticket office. Each single-admission scanned ticket may only be used once. Season passes are non-transferable, require the named ticket holder to present a photo ID at each visit to the haunt; said visitor will receive a handstamp for each visit through the haunt.
- Patrons will be admitted into the haunt after reading the posted rules, one or two people at a time. If you are part of an odd numbered group, you will be offered several options to ensure: 1) each guest has a front row seat to the full attraction; and 2) safety of guests and staff at all times.
- Ample parking is available. Please enter the south gate located at 351 N Jackson Av, Jefferson, WI and follow directions from parking attendant, staying off the grass. This is a low-lit area, so please enter and exit slowly, watching for people.

- Skully's Terror Haunted House cannot be held responsible for any Acts of God that may result in personal discomfort or unforeseen performance conditions.

This policy covers how Skully’s Terror, LLC (herein referred to as “Skully's Terror”) treats personal information that Skully's Terror may collect and receive. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Skully's Terror does not own or control, or to people that Skully's Terror does not employ or manage.

Skully's Terror and the pages of certain Skully's Terror partners collect personal information when you make a ticket purchase. Skully's Terror uses information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for services (tickets), improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Skully's Terror does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide services you have requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Skully's Terror under confidentiality agreements. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
